6.30pm – 8pm      Yoga

10am – 12noon    Yoga

Wednesdays

7.30am – 9am      Yoga

Thursdays

10am – 12noon   Yoga

6.30pm – 8pm     Yoga

Fridays

7.30am – 8am     Meditation

 

There is no such thing as an ideal template to which you must force your body to conform. There are only feelings, sensations, and awareness. Let them continue to be your primary guide.
