The Yoga
This way of practising yoga is not so much a style that we follow as an invitation to keep discovering within ourselves more natural and easeful ways of moving and breathing, and of becoming more present and relaxed.
A way of unwinding more fully and freely into our practice – using less strain or force – that takes us away from the external pursuit of physical shapes, and teaches us instead how to nurture the right internal qualities so our body can start to release and realign for itself.
An intuitive journey that’s as much a form of mindfulness as it is a physical exercise. A form of meditative movement – guided less by thought and more by what we can feel – that nourishes the embodied awareness and the inner relaxation that are the foundations, and the transformative heart, of a fruitful yoga practice.
Bill holds a warm and enquiring teaching environment, that’s open to all levels of experience, with students encouraged to work in a sensitive and relaxed way, while always challenging themselves to explore their practice more deeply.
